Al Ticknor trained maintenance crews for airline featured on the popular Discovery Channel show, “Flying Wild Alaska.” North Star Aviation’s president and owner, Al trekked to Anchorage in Feburary for a maintenance class with Era Alaska, the airline taking the Alaska’s skies and America’s televisions by storm on the Discovery Channel.

While Al may not be making an on-screen appearance any time soon, he has helped some of the maintenance folks at Era earn their credentials and keep the Tweeto family safely flying Era airplanes.
